These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website. You are therefore accepting these terms and conditions by ordering from 'Slayed by Ohemaa Afriyie (SBO)' which may be updated by us as required.

TERMS OF SALE

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once the goods have been dispatched, you are accepting a contract between yourself and Slayed by Ohemaa Afriyie.
At SBO we aim to have all our products online available for purchase, however if for any reason a product becomes unavailable after sale, we will contact you immediately. Providing you the option to wait until it becomes available or recieve a full refund to the payment card/method used.
By placing an order online with SBO, you must be 18years of age or over. You undertake that all details provided are accurate and that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Prices in different currencies may fluctuate and all prices are subject to change.
Descriptions and prices on our website are thoroghly checked, however errors may appear, in this case once it has been dicovered you will be contacted with the correct details, with the option to reconfirm or cancel it. If we recieve no response the order will be cancelled.
The onus is on the customer to fully read and understand the descriptions of products prior to purchase. Reach out to the team or check our FAQs to be certain as all purchases are final.
