      ORDER CHANGES

• If you would like to switch options in regard to custom wig units, we are able to offer you an opportunity to change your order.

• Your custom wig order can be freely changed within 12 hours of placing the order.

• An order that has shipped out for delivery cannot be changed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

    DHL PRIORITY MAIL

• All international orders and orders outside Accra are shipped out using DHL priority mail at an extra cost.

• Local shipping time for orders outside Accra is 1-2 business days.

• International shipping time is 3-5 business days.

• For all orders shipping internationally, we require a physical address.

    TRACKING NUMBER

We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.

   SIGN ON DELIVERY

Please be sure to sign for delivery! Kindly track your package regularly to know when its going to be out for delivery. Should your package be delivered and left in your courtyard or veranda, we will not be liable for any loss.

   CUSTOMS FEES

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that are completely regulated and imposed by the receiving country. Our packages typically do not attract custom fees but should your country hold your package, the customer is responsible for the fees. Please contact your local customs office more information regarding custom fees for packages from Ghana.

All products ordered will be sent out the next day.

   CUSTOM WIG PROCESSING TIME

SBO Custom order processing time are usually between 8-10 business days subject to availability of the custom textures and coloring. We will be in constant contact with you for a custom order so all processing information that falls outside our stipulated time will be communicated well in advance.

 

   READY TO GO WIG PROCESSING TIME

Ready to Go wigs processing time is 1-3 business days. These are readily available wigs or hair to be made into wigs. These are great for urgent orders.

Your complete  delivery Time (when you will receive your package) is the total of the shipping time (time courier will take to reach you)  and Processing Time (Time we require to finish your order or pack up your product order)
